If you haven’t met Angie, there’s one thing you should know: Angie loves working at Mercurio’s.
“I was drawn to Mercurio’s because of its strong reputation in the industry—I’ve always believed in working with the best,” she said.
“What’s kept me here is the team. From our dispatchers and coordinators to our field technicians, we’ve built a group that genuinely cares. Every day, I’m confident that we’re taking great care of our customers and supporting each other.”

How Did Angie Get Started in HVAC?
While Ange truly enjoys her job, she actually fell into this profession by accident. She originally thought she would become a teacher. But she took a temporary job in HVAC before her school year started.
"I began as an Install & Sales Coordinator and quickly realized I loved the fast pace, the problem-solving, and the impact we have on customers. That ‘temporary’ job turned into a 20-year career—and I’ve never looked back.”
She appreciates the fact that this profession was something new and different from what she originally planned. Angie enjoys the fast-paced environment and constant opportunities.
“No two days are ever the same, and that keeps things exciting.”
She also loves that they offer essential services.
"HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services are critical to keeping a home safe and comfortable. Being part of a team that provides those services every day is incredibly meaningful.”
What’s a Typical Day at Mercurio’s Look Like?
According to Angie, she usually starts her day by “reviewing reports to understand how we performed the day before—both as a company and within each department.”
“From there, I connect with dispatch to strategize for the day ahead....That includes permitting, rebates, parts ordering, scheduling, and coordinating across multiple departments. My goal is to make sure every detail is handled correctly to create the best possible customer experience.”
How Do You Know that You’ve Done a Good Job for the Customer?
“There’s nothing better than a glowing 5-star review. I read every one we receive, and we share the best feedback with the entire team so everyone can feel proud of the work we’re doing. It’s a great reminder of the impact we have.”
If she is having an issue with a client, Angie will work hard to rectify the situation.
“I focus on staying calm, gathering all the facts, and working toward a solution,” she said.
“Communication is key—both with the customer and internally. My goal is always to resolve the issue in a way that makes the customer feel heard, supported, and confident in our team.”
What Motivates Angie Daily?
Angie loves taking care of people. She considers her “customers” both her internal team and the homeowners Mercurio’s services.
“Making sure everyone feels supported and taken care of is what drives me every day...Being part of a team that provides (essential) services every day is incredibly meaningful.”
