So, we’d like to introduce you to Joshua Withers, a local plumber with our Tacoma office. He joined us after moving back to Tacoma. Joshua enjoys working with Mercurio’s because he appreciates that we all work so well together.
This allows him to perform the “best I can for the plumbing department”.
What is a Typical Day for a Plumber?
Joshua’s number one priority is to ensure that the customer is satisfied.
He believes in “delivering exceptional customer service to our clients”. His other priorities include “always being available to answer questions from our team as well as help with code compliance and estimates”.
He also enjoys helping the customers and is a strong problem solver.
“I love being able to help others protect their investment.”
How Can You Tell You’ve Done a Good Job for the Customer?
Sometimes, it’s hard to tell whether the customer appreciated the work. But Johua knows he’s done a good job when “they have a smile on their face and thank me for being knowledgeable and fixing the issue”.
But sometimes things don’t go as planned. In that case, Joshua will focus on the work at hand and stay calm.
“Sometimes, things can be difficult to figure out. So, I use my resources to find a solution. When (there is a) small chance of having an angry customer, I just stay calm and listen, showing that you are receiving their information/complaint, acknowledging it and trying to resolve it respectfully. I have found that you can turn almost 99% of all frowns upside down.”
Why Do You Enjoy Working for Mercurio’s?
One of the reasons that Joshua enjoys his job is “the camaraderie amongst our team and the respect/communication between my manager and I.”
He goes on to further say that Mercurio’s is a “great company to work for and some really fantastic people to work with!”
